In May, The Westin Kuala Lumpur will stage ‘HATS OFF’, a unique and highly anticipated 4 day culinary event and the first of its kind in Kuala Lumpur.

‘HATS OFF’ invites internationally renowned Michelin star chefs to take diners on a gastronomical journey with their award-winning cuisines paired with fine wines.

Each Master Chef will be showcasing their culinary masterpiece with a specially created five course set dinner menu at Qba Latin Bar & Grill, Prego and Five Sen5es.

HATS OFF’ Gala Dinner

The finale of ‘HATS OFF’ is a gala dinner held at The Westin Kuala Lumpur’s Grand Ballroom. All the invited Master Chefs team up with Starwood’s Executive Chefs to prepare an exquisite six-course set menu combining all the chefs’ gastronomic talents. Each chef will be preparing and crafting a different course, giving diners a rare opportunity to savour delicacies from the impeccable menus compiled by the industry’s biggest names.
Live video streaming of from the kitchen to the ballroom will be available on the night – unveiling never seen before cooking secrets of Master Chefs at work
