Some of his must try signature dishes include Crudo de Camarones (Lime cured tiger prawns, tomato, onion, coriander, sweet corn and red chilli), Costilla de Res a la Guayaba (Guava glazed boneless BBQ beef ribs with roasted pumpkin), Argentinean crepes (flambéed table side served with dulce de leche) and many more.
Through these delicately crafted epicurean offers, guests’ dining experiences are further enhanced by a wide variety of rum blends and South American fine wines, all under the restaurant’s charming Havana architecture, pre-Castro nostalgic interior and complementing live Latin rhythms.
